There is no single “best” city

How to compare a ₹1 crore property
- Compare usable area, not just headline price.
- Add registry, taxes, EDC/IDC/PLC and other applicable charges.
- Compare possession/OC/CC status.
- Check RERA and authority records.
- Compare actual connectivity and surrounding development.
- Estimate exit liquidity rather than assuming appreciation.
Our rule
Don't compare cities first. Compare the exact property first. A well-documented property in the “less fashionable” location can be safer than a poorly documented property in a premium location.
