What this page tracks: every verifiable project/application we identify as having applied for RERA but not yet having a confirmed uploaded registration certificate — including examination, scrutiny, hearing/adjournment, deficiency compliance and approved-but-certificate-not-uploaded stages. This is intentionally separate from the RERA Project Watch, which focuses on registered/approved records.
3500–4500 reconciliation: This is the working HRERA detail-record reconciliation scope. The numeric detail ID is only an investigation key; it is not itself a RERA registration number. A detail-record ID is not the RERA registration number. In the latest verification, Faridabad and Palwal records found in this range were checked for current status; records already showing APPROVED AND CERTIFICATE UPLOADED are deliberately excluded from this pending page. Only records without confirmed final registration/certificate are shown. A record is not published merely because its number appears in a search result; project name, district and current status must be verified first.
